01
Consultation
Every install contract comes with a free consultation.
A member of our design and install team will come discusses your needs, ideas, review local ordinances, and help you to develop a budget. Our goal is to create a visually appealing, technically friendly, and safe environment for your artists and guests.

Review
At this point of the project, Our team will present our design, gear, costs, and specific reasoning behind our recommendations.

At the end of the review, both parties will agree on a timeline, contract, final budget, and scheduling.

Procurement
At this phase, The gear is ordered and prepared for installation. Oldmixon Sound and Design offers two options for procurement.
​
Option One: Direct Purchase. The Venue may purchase the needed equipment at cost. Oldmixon Sound and Design will provide the exact list and peripherals needed for a successful install. Many times clients and venues have dealers set up who can offer lower pricing.

Option Two: Oldmixon Sound will procure all of the needed equipment for the installation. Ordering will not begin until the deposit invoice is settled.

Installation
Our Team is ready to install your new system! Oldmixon Sound and Design wants to impact your business hours as little as possible. We will work around your schedules to finish the job.
Your success and daily operations are important to us.
We will not remove any existing equipment from your venue until the job is complete.
